Key Performance Areas: Administrative Coordination- Efficiently execute administrative tasks, ensure procedural compliance, and manage site office clerical requirements with precision and professionalism. Documentation and Reporting -Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes, compile comprehensive contractual and HR reports, and maintain meticulous employee documentation. Event and Visitor Management- Seamlessly coordinate site visitor arrangements, plan travel and accommodations, and organize company events to support smooth organizational operations. Financial Administration -Handle petty cash transactions, compile employee allowances, and resolve payment queries with attention to detail and financial accuracy. Operational Support- Manage IT requirements, oversee site housekeeping, and maintain effective interdepartmental relationships to ensure operational effectiveness. Compliance and Governance- Rigorously ensure legal and SHEQ standards compliance, process employee-related documentation, and consistently support organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent SAQA approved qualification SAQA accredited Certificate/Diploma in administrative field is advantageous. Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Acrobat is essential.
Experience: A minimum of at least two (2) years of increasingly responsible administrative related experience within an EPCM environment or closely related field.
