We are looking to recruit an experienced Ward sister/Charge Nurse looking to develop in their career and wanting to join our experienced and friendly team. Duties and responsibilities: Ability to lead and coordinate on daily basis.Troubleshoot and raise concerns to the Ward Sister or MatronSupport the nursing team, HCA's, and Ward sisterDelegate work to others.Competent to make safe discharge decisions working with our consultant teamWho we're looking for: Qualified Nurse who holds a valid NMC registration with no restrictions or conditionsPrevious hospital experienceExperience of working at Sister/Charge Nurse level in a Surgical unitExcellent communication skillsSomeone who can lead by example.Autonomous decision makerStrong Leadership/coordinator skillsBenefits: We offer employees a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:
