Key Responsibilities: · Manage client accounts and technical projects, ensuring successful use of Altair Simulation tools. · Understand client engineering workflows and propose optimal simulation solutions. · Provide training and technical support for Altair Simulation products. · Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute initiatives to grow business opportunities. · Present technical solutions to customers, aligning with their design objectives and constraints. · Troubleshoot engineering problems, identify best practices, and introduce innovative concepts for optimal design. · Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for customer queries. Qualifications: · B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods. · Demonstrated experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with tools like Altair, SOLIDWORKS Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran. · Min 3 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in simulation application and support. · Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design methodologies. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. · Experience applying simulation strategies in real-world engineering projects will be an asset.
