Skylark Security operates as an agency which provides SIA Door Supervisor staff to various venues/events.
Applicants need to be able to work every FRIDAY and SATURDAY night. Additional shifts and flexibility during the week are available for the right people. Shifts are primarily based in and around East/Central London.

As a Head Door Supervisor with Skylark Security;
You will have vast experience in the night life security sector.
You will have experience in leading a team, and possess a strong level of attention to detail with the ability to uphold the company's values and standards.
You will be the first point of contact for the venue's customers. You will be required to ensure that visitors are greeted in the utmost professional and welcoming manner and to provide a great customer experience.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and public in your area) in accordance with SIA and licensing standards.
Be extremely presentable in order to represent our clients' brands, and be able to enforce this within your team.
Work independently or within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a quick and efficient manner.
Complete necessary paperwork in compliance with SIA and licensing standards.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, customer service driven, and have a strong sense of delivering an amazing service.
What we require:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
Must be available to work on Friday & Saturday evening. (East/Central London locations) with after midnight finishes.
Professional and well-presented appearance.
Reliable and well organised.
Punctual and on time.
