JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting customers
Assist walk-in customers
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Customer service
Cross-sell products
Determine the customer's needs and wants
Processing sales and conduct payment transactions
Product knowledge

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Similar experience would be an advantage
Industry experience will be an added advantage
Young, vibrant, energetic
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Own reliable transport
