Showroom & Online Sales Assistant

This is a full-time, in-person position in our showroom in Salt River, Cape Town.
The right person will be a positive, organized and self-motivated team player who has strong sales administration skills, excellent customer service traits and excellent verbal and written communications skills. You should be able to manage orders, project manage efficiently and take ownership of tasks.
Manage showroom and facilitate in-person salesManage online and email sales (Generate quotes, invoices and production orders)Assist clients telephonically, via email and in personAssist with general sales administrationsDevelop & maintain good relationships with clientsManage the order process from start to finish including dispatching, tracking orders and capturing informationMaintain & fulfill order status on sale systemsCash up & manage petty cashAssist the production team with stock management and stock takeWork experience and Skills2–3 years of experience in Sales/AdminCustomer servicePossess excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSystematic thinkingProficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Google Docs/SheetsUnderstanding of quotes, invoices and basic accountingExperience on accounting processes and systems such as XeroMATRIC is a must, tertiary studies a bonusGreat written and verbal communication and people skillsProject ManagementTake initiative and self motivatedMatric Certificate (Tertiary is a bonus)At least 3 years relevant work experienceDrivers LicenseFull time applicants onlyWhat's on offerFull time employment (8am-5pm Mondays - Fridays and every First Saturday of the month 9am - 3pm)Being part of a dynamic team in a creative industryTraining regarding our products and industryStationed in a recently upgraded/converted industrial showroom space.Application requirementsBrief cover letter explaining why you're ideal for this jobPhotoCVPlease email: ******
