HERTEX FABRICS is a leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware for both the local and international markets and are looking for a SHOWROOM MANAGER TO RUN THEIR GARDENS, CAPE TOWN SHOWROOM.IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES, THEN THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU:Strong interest in the décor fieldOutgoing, dynamic, and drivenHighly motivated, loyal, and committedStrong leadership skillsStrong administration skillsTeam focused THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)Comfortable working every 2nd Saturday (Non-negotiable)Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing; Interior Décor/Design or similar (advantageous)Minimum +5 years sales experience in a retail or interior décor environment with exposure to high-end brandsMinimum 5 years people management experience DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer serviceMaintain showroom operations and imageManagement of showroom and staff and maintaining employee motivation and performanceBuild productive relationships with customers and industrySupport sales consultants
