Showroom Consultant, Brooklyn, Pretoria

Our client is looking for an experienced Showroom Consultant to join their team and you would be promoting and selling products to customers according to standards and procedures.
Maintaining the image and overseeing the effective operations of the showroom to meet sales targets.
Duties/Responsibilities (not limited to):Advise and sell to customers in the showroom Handle complaints and queries (customer & sales consultants/showroom managers)Maintain showroom standardsManage orders of additional productsCoordinate deliveries Control and oversee stock of cuttings, samplehangers and booksCoordinate events (e.g.
launches)Support the sales consultants Support payment process
Requirements:
National Senior CertificateTertiary qualification in a related field is an advantageFluent in English and one other SA language3 years of sales experience in a showroom environmentExposure to an interior decor/design environment is an advantageExperience in a retail environment, coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantageDatabase Management, POS Systems, Stock Control, Campaign Implementation, Branding, Report Writing, MS Office
