This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience ManagementHandle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptlyCollaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfactionEnsure top-notch hospitality standards across all propertiesProperty Operations and MaintenanceCoordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgradesImplement preventative maintenance schedulesManage relationships with contractors and service providersFinancial OversightDevelop and manage property budgetsPrepare financial reports and maintain accurate recordsOptimize property performance and revenueCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure properties comply with local regulations and safety standardsImplement and maintain risk management strategiesStay updated on industry trends and legal requirementsEssential Experience and Skills Required:Previous experience in Property Management (with Estate Agency experience or similar)Minimum 3 years' experience managing 100 plus propertiesOutstanding customer service skills and a proactive service mindsetExcellent telephone mannerWell-presented and well-spokenExperience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirableDriven, ambitious and self-motivatedHardware Requirements:Own computer or laptop.ADSL/FIBRE internet line.Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.Anti-virus installed.UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLEWork EnvironmentFull-time remote positionSchedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a weekCompensationR8000-R16000 (based on experience)Opportunity for growth in a dynamic, expanding industryApplication Questions:Do you have your own laptop and access to good internet?Please provide details on your experience caring for homes, maintenance, vacation rental maintenance or hospitality operationsWhat property management software are you familiar with?
