Main Responsibilities:Make and receive calls to clientsGather and follow up all info and documents required to register claimsAdvise on claims under what section covered on policiesInteract and follow up with InsurersInvolvement with claims intermediary service (Client satisfaction)Follow claims through to Agreement of Loss and signed by clientUse logic and intellect to ensure customers are treated fairlyBuild trust-based relationships with clientsKey Skills and Competencies:Good verbal and written communication skills at all levelsComputer literate in Microsoft Office and internetSelf-discipline and time managementPunctuality
