Minimum Requirements: NQF Level 4 qualification in short-term insurance or a relevant financial qualification (minimum 120 credits). (Candidates actively completing their qualifications within their DOFA date will also be considered.) RE 5 certification (non-negotiable) . Personal and commercial class of business certifications (if registered as a representative after 2017). At least 3 years of experience in personal and commercial lines insurance. Sound knowledge of FAIS, FICA, and POPI Acts. Salary & Benefits: CTC (dependent on current salary, experience, qualifications, and skills). Competitive commission on new business sales, paid once off based on intermediary commission received. Please note: Petrol card/compensation for petrol is not included. Key Responsibilities: Sales : Drive new policy sales, achieving a monthly target of R3,500.00 commission (approximately 10 policies). Client Servicing : Provide outstanding service to a book of 50 existing clients, ensuring their policies are maintained and regularly reviewed. Lead Support : Benefit from our inbound call centre team who handles cold calling and books sales appointmentsno need to source your own leads.
