Responsibilities: Actively sell short-term insurance products, specializing in both commercial and personal lines. Generate and provide quotations to clients based on their specific needs. Follow up on leads to convert them into clients. Build and maintain a robust client base through effective relationship management. Advise clients on their short-term insurance needs, ensuring they are well-informed. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. Manage the renewal of insurance policies, ensuring timely processing. Conduct on-site meetings with clients to discuss their insurance requirements. Collaborate with service providers and implement company strategies effectively. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 qualification. NQF 4 Short-Term Insurance Certificate. RE5 Certificate. 3-5 years of experience in short-term insurance, specifically in commercial and personal lines. DOFA confirmation from the FSCA. Proficiency in MS Office.
