Minimum Requirements:3+ Years experience in the same or similar industryNQF4 qualifications and creditsClass of Business completed for STI Personal and Commercial linesNQF5 passed for STI (Highly advantageous)Experience on SANTAM online system (Highly advantageous)Product specific training completed with main players in insurance industry: Santam, Old Mutual, Momentum (Previously Alexander Forbes), Bryte etc. (Highly advantageous)Responsibilities:Make- and receive calls to clientsDo- and follow through amendments to client policiesEvaluate cover to avoid under insuranceAdvise on claims under what section covered on policiesInvolvement with claims intermediary service (Client satisfied)Evaluate rates online-items and negotiate premiumsCompleteness and accuracy of Record-of-AdviceFit & Proper-, FAIS, FICA and Code of Conduct compliantGrow portfolio by up- and cross sellingBuild relationships (Trust) with clientsKey Skills and Competencies:Good verbal- and written communication skills at all levelsComputer literate in Microsoft office and internetSelf-discipline and time managementPunctuality
