Duties & ResponsibilitiesTogether with the FD oversee the full finance and accounting functions of the 3 businesses.Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis required to inform the strategic decision-making necessary to enhance profitability.Follow divisional procedures and controls and ensure compliance with local accounting principles, rules and tax regulations.Prepare and present reports.Daily focus on STD costing.Inter-company sales and contribution.Balance Sheet recon, SOX reports.Fixed Assets.Project Management.Internal controls and B/S recons.Payroll review.Month-end closes.Hedging, currency management and cash forecasting.Desired Experience & QualificationCA (SA)Minimum 5-years as head of Finance team with a national footprintExcellent IFRS knowledgeProven track-record of team managementPackage & RemunerationA highly attractive CTC will be negotiated to secure the ideal candidate - standard large corporate benefits apply.
