What You Will Do This professional will work within the Shopper Team and will be responsible for gathering data and building an understanding of how shoppers shop across different category in different channels.
These insights will be used to identify and implement channel and customer-specific point of purchase strategies, plans and execution for specific brands.
Further more this individual with support shopper initiatives and purchase order management.
This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who is comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities Data collection across all brands: • Data collection from external sources • Develop an understanding of how shoppers shop the category and use this to identify strategic opportunities for Kenvue brands and category growth • Providing insights into customer needs, shopper behavior and purchase drivers Instore activity for selected brands: • Designs, develops and implements brand specific point of purchase material/trade activities along the path to purchase • Coordinate and execute shopper campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders Purchase Order Management across all brands: • Ensure all vendors receive their purchase orders in time • Manage any payment discrepancies • Work with Shopper Managers to ensure accruals are completed in time Category initiatives: • Work closely with Sales and marketing teams to deliver category initiatives • Building compelling stories to drive internal initiatives and category solutions with retailers What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • A The position requires a B.

Bus Science degree or equivalent degree related to the role.
• 1 - 2 years experience in data analytics • Experience in a FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Expertise in Nielsen Category Analytics, Rex & Pick n Pay Information Hub will be an advantage • Problem solver.
