Customer Service Delivery of Projects in line with agreed stakeholders KPI's.Provide cost estimates within agreed timeframes to business for investment assessments. BudgetBudget Control, including optimal management project scope changes and value generation/optimization.Ensure timeous liquidation of allocated budget.Projects Design, Construction and Engineering Development of new concepts strategies and designs, (e.g., Containerized solutions.)Implementation and roll out of new concepts. (e.g., Mobility, QSR, general partnerships)New/Refurbished Shop Design approvals. Optimization of White Spaces: Design recommendation, approvals, and project implementation.Effective management of allocated projects in line with TMSA Project methodology, including:
Ensuring effective project scoping for all allocated technical projects, including all stakeholder requirements.Ensure that project feasibility studies are completed for all allocated projects.Ensure that project review sessions are conducted including arranging, facilitating and recording the proceedings of his/her project review meetings.Ensure that all projects comply to Amethyst standards.Ensure project design review are completed in line approved Project Methodology.Ensure legal and internal processes compliance including but not limited to Municipal approvals, Design compliance, Management of Change.Ensure optimal management of projects documentation, Commissioning and Handover.
