Shipping Controller

Our fashion client is looking for a Shipping Controller to join their Shipping team, working on ladieswear.
Liasing with overseas suppliers and Freight agentsPO checks from the merchandisers to ensure the freight moves in a timely manner.Managing bookings, tracking shipments, negotiating rates where applicablePreparing invoices, packing lists, and dealing with GSP Certificates, Letters of Credit and Bills of Lading (where applicable).Checking Customs Entries and preparing Landed CostingsLogging all shipping documents into the in-house system.IT literate-Import SoftwareOperational experience in sectors such as: manufacturing, importer/exporter, wholesaler, shipper.Team player, able to work under pressure and use own initiative.Shipping Controller Additional Information This is a full-time role, however part-time may be considered
