Job Description Manage the coordination, documentation, exports and related communication in terms of production planning and shipping for export customers Manage the coordination, documentation and successful clearance and delivery on import shipments Provide shipping instructions to shipping agents Track all shipments to ensure compliance and on time delivery Negotiate shipping and transport rates as required Identify alternate and cost effective shipping options Manage import and export schedule Gather and distribute key information relevant to the beverage industry serviced by SCP to customers and management Oversee and coordinate export orders for certain key account clients Oversee and coordinate import shipments in coordination with the bulk receiving team Compliance with all legislative regulations Perform functions as per the company's policy and procedures Adhere to cost saving protocols of company and department Ensure all SHEQ and audit requirements are strictly adhered to
Qualifications & Experience Matric Relevant NQF 4/5 Diploma   Minimum 2-5 years' relevant work experience within the food and beverage industry Competent in MS Office Suite programmes Shipping background and definitely previous shipping knowledge
