Main job function Generation of the following instructions: Cargo clearing instructions Vessel loading instructions Sampling instructions Generation and checking of the following documents: Contracts, Purchase orders and Letters of Credit (Comparing and checking) Bill of Lading Certificate of Quality Certificate of Weight Certificate of Origin Insurance certificate Bill of Exchange Invoices Drawdown documents Letter of Indemnity Checklists Filing and upkeep of: Physical documents: Shipment files Compliance documents POD (Inland Logistics) Electronic documents: Filing of documents on servers Filing of documents on Dropbox Collection and delivery of documents: COO (From FF) COW (Inspection Agent) ABSA Bank Courier to China Qualifications Grade 12

Any logistics / Shipping courses will be advantageous

Criteria At least 3 years in a similar role, dealing with logistics and customs

Experience from the mining industry preferred

Remuneration: R420k CTC pa
