To oversee and manage the Shift process on a Shift basis.Ensure the smooth running of the mill so that the customer can receive his goodquality feed on time in a cost effective way.

Managing and Supervising staff and their workload
Implement and management ofHousekeeping
Administration and coordination of stock
Administration and implementation of Shift admin
Maintaining of equipment and machinery
Administer and coordination of raw material and finishedproduct
Managing and coordination of loads and trucks
Managing Safety Health and Risk
Finance and administration

Requirements Qualifications :

· Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)

· Production or Supervisory relatedqualification would be an advantage

Legalrequirements: · Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver'slicense

Experience :

· 3 Years' experience in a similar position ina manufacturing & milling environment

· Ability to speak, read and write English

Knowledge :

· Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word &MS Outlook

· Problem solving and decision-making skills

· Communication and influencing skills

· Relationship building and team leadershipskills

· Negotiation and Selling skills

· Positive,pro-active, results-driven attitude
