Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Monitor and optimize production efficiency. Train and develop team members. Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals. Requirements: 5 years of operational general surface mining experience. 2 years of supervisory experience in a surface mining environment. 5 years of supervisory experience in a Load and Haul mining environment. Blasting Certificate in Surface Mining or MQA equivalent qualification. Supervisory Certificate Mine Overseer Certificate in Mining National Diploma in Mining Engineering
