Requirements:Be in possession of a Grade 12 CertificateMinimum of 5 years experience in PET production environmentMinimum of 5 years in a Two-Stage Stretch-rod Blow-moulding environmentSelf-adhesive label experienceMechanical aptitudeHave a strong ability to communicate with all levels and across departmentsStrong leadership abilityHighly motivated and ability to motivate othersStrong technical/mechanical knowledgeShift work essentialSelf disciplined, enthusiastic, and a strong team playerBe reliable (proven track record)Passionate about excellent serviceAn understanding of quality and a passion for itGood communication skillsComputer literacy advantageousSound knowledge of our productsResponsibilities:Assisting in achieving production efficiencies of + 80%Assisting in ensuring that raw material wastage levels are maintainedSetting of machines according to the best practicesConducting mould, label changes and material trials as requiredAssisting with machine and mould maintenance requirementsEnsuring that top quality products are produced according to the prescribed specificationsEnsuring that machinery, moulds and change parts are effectively maintained, serviced and storedEnsure that all company procedures are always adhered toContinuously improving on departmental processes and outputsPracticing a high standard of Housekeeping and SafetyAny other duties reasonably requested by ManagerAttend to breakdowns/ callouts as needed/mould changing
