Shift Manager

Responsibilities:Ensure quality standards and processes are adhered to during production through constant monitoring Coordinate maintenance activities, indirect management and supervision of the Maintenance team in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager.Ensure machines are run as per agreed specifications.Requirements:Min 4 years production supervision experience within FMCG.Minimum Matric with a pass rate in Mathematics.Post-Matric qualification will be advantageous.Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery - within FMCG.Excellent communication skills, ability to motivate staff and provide leadership to a team.Have good problem solving, planning and analytical skills.Computer literate.Knowledge of an ERP system.Prepared to work shifts.
