Shift Laboratory Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Analytical Testing: Perform chromatographic, dissolution, IR, UV, and titration testing as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).Method Development and Validation: Collaborate on method development and validation with senior analysts and management.Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain accurate calibration records as per laboratory SOPs.Quality Management Compliance: Uphold the laboratorys Quality Management System by following Good Documentation, Manufacturing, and Laboratory Practices.Sample Preparation and Documentation: Prepare reagents accurately and document analytical data according to ALCOA (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, and Accurate) guidelines.Health and Safety Compliance: Participate in safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workstations.Continuous Improvement: Report non-conformities and suggest improvements to ensure optimal use of resources and apparatus.Qualifications and Experience Required:Education: Diploma or Degree in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent.Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a laboratory analyst, with hands-on HPLC experience.Technical Skills: Proficient in analytic software and statistical analysis for lab decision-making.Key Competencies:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.High attention to detail and quality-focused.Able to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Team-oriented with strong analytical abilities.Apply Now:
