Duties and RequirementsUnderground coal mine with minimum of 2 yrs working experience as a shift boss or minimum of 5yrs experience as a minerAble to carry legal liability in accordance with MHSA for 2.15.1 appointmentMust have blasting certificate for underground coal miningHave valid driving licenseMinimum qualification is Grade 10Ensure best in class safety performance and continuous improvement of key safety metrics to maintain required SHE complianceProvide on job training and coaching on his/her area of responsibilityEnforce discipline on his/her area of responsibilityMust have experience on belts and seals constructionMust have gas testing certificate (8 gases) and first aid certificateBe able to motivate his/her team to reach target
