Sheq Superintendent - Mining

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable mining company is currently seeking a SHEQ Superintendent to join their team in the North-West region. As a SHEQ Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality aspects of the mining operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain SHEQ management systems and proceduresEnsure compliance with relevant safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standardsConduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risksInvestigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actionsProvide training and guidance to employees on SHEQ mattersPrepare reports and documentation related to SHEQ performanceCollaborate with different departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Requirements
Grade 12Degree/National Diploma in Safety Management5 years' experience in in the mining industryExperience in metals would be advantageousValid driver's license
