Analyze and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses to implement corrective actions.
Develop and facilitate SHEQ training programs for employees.
Coordinate and lead health and safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
Assist in the development and enhancement of SHEQ policies and procedures within the plant.
Create and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to SHEQ matters.
Support the implementation of ISO standards relevant to the plastics manufacturing industry.
Engage and educate employees on environmental best practices pertinent to manufacturing operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the plastics manufacturing industry.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a SHEQ role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics.
Strong understanding of relevant industrial SHEQ regulations and standards.
Experience with ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 standards.
Proven track record of conducting safety training and audits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to safety and compliance.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.
