Qualifications and experience: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. Certifications like NEBOSH or ISO 9001 are a plus. At least 5-10 years of experience in SHEQ management and HR roles. Experience in a dual-role position is preferred. In-depth knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practices. Proficient in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
