Sheet Metal Fabricator/Machine Operator

Experience and Skills Required:Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, particularly within the HVAC ducting scope.Hands-on expertise with CNC Punching, CNC Bending, and laser cutting machines.Proficiency in Metalix CAM software (Advantageous)Strong programming skills related to manufacturing processes for ducting.Leadership and supervisory abilities to manage a team effectively.Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components, with a focus on ducting for HVAC systems.Operate and program CNC Punching and Bending machines, as well as CO2 and Fiber Laser cutting machines.Utilize Metalix CAM software for programming and manufacturing processes.Lead and coordinate a team to ensure efficient workflow and production quality.Ensure the proper assembly and production of ducting components according to specifications.
