We are seeking a SHE & Risk OfficerReference: EL002690-Bronw-1Location: East London, Eastern CapeSalary: R25 800.00 per month CTCDuties & ResponsibilitiesApplicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12, with Bachelor's Degree (3 years) / NQF L7 essentialUp to 6 years experience in H&S, environmental, risk assessments FMCG / Legal complianceGood computer literacy on MS OfficeMust have SAMTRAC and FMCG industry experience with food safety practicesThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Establish / maintain SHER framework and implement awareness initiatives / communicationsEnsure SHER compliance – identify on-site risks, handle inspections, implement corrective action and compile reportsSHER mitigating actions – recommend actions; assist with developing plans; collaborate with management; assist with conducting assessmentsAdherence to quality, food safety, health, safety and environmental standards – ensure strict adherence; enforce all regulations; contamination control; handle trainingActively participate in operational planning & budgeting processesDrive continuous improvement and control costsPlease email detailed CV and supporting documentation and salary requirements to ****** with "SHE Risk Officer" in the subject line.
