Technical Competencies & Experience: Prepare and keep all Safety Files updated and compliant. Oversee safety compliance across multiple sites by completing required documentation, providing guidance to foremen and staff, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations. Facilitate safety training sessions for employees when needed. Participate in and address all safety audits. Resolve safety-related queries and concerns from employees. Organize external training sessions with service providers when necessary. Submit claims related to training under the Skills Development Levy. Behavioural Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity and accountability. Adaptable and able to perform under pressure. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
