Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree/B-Tech Degree in Safety Management (advantageous)Integrated Risk Management Training, A1 and A3Strong knowledge of OSHact & BCEAMinimum 5 years' experience in safety management in the mining industryOpencast Mining and Plant Operations experience (essential)Strong knowledge of RCAT and/or ICAM incident investigation techniquesProfessional knowledge of safety aspects with experience in integrated SHE management systems in a mining environment (i.e. ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001)Strong communicatorComputer literateAble to perform and assist with auditsAble to create and manage SHE policyOwn vehicleMedically fitNote: This position is based in Durban only.
