She Officer

Job Summary:
The SHE Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. This role involves conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive SHE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with local and national safety and environmental regulations.
Deliver training programs and workshops to promote health and safety awareness among employees.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills.
Collaborate with management and employees to integrate SHE practices into daily operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of safety activities and report on SHE performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R28000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

East Rand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
