Functieomschrijving As a SharePoint Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of SharePoint Operations.
You will ensure that our systems are up and running at all times with minimal downtime.
You will manage all aspects of the environment including installation, configuration, and maintenance to ensure that it's always working optimally.
In addition, you'll monitor any issues regarding security or availability in order to make sure they're addressed quickly and effectively.
Requirements Manage daily Operations within the Microsoft SharePoint line of business.
Managing the relevant systems (SAGE, Azure DevOps, Service NOW, S4H, etc.)
and processes within LOBS Building operational relationships between Dimension Data, Microsoft, cross LOB, finance department and HR department Automating and streamlining all Operational processes.
Understanding of the various Microsoft SharePoint Application Capabilities to a sufficient level for pre-sales engagements, managed services engagements and project delivery.
Ensuring relevant SCRUM and SAFE methodologies are implemented and thriving within SCRUM Teams Oversee contract management and monthly billing.
Take reasonable action to prevent operational and client escalations where possible.
Ability to handle and resolve operational and client escalations successfully.
Relevant communication to the Sales, Pre-sales and Finance teams regarding any Operational Changes.
Able to effectively manage the operational team including performance reviews or performance improvement activities.
Ensuring teams perform within expected performance metrics including meet operational SLA's for clients; projects delivered as per agreements; etc.
Ability to play multiple roles as the situation demands it e.g.
