Job Description: We're on the hunt for a talented SharePoint Automation Specialist with advanced skills in Power Automate and Power Apps. In this role, you'll take ownership of building, deploying, and maintaining automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve our team's productivity. Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint automation solutions that optimize workflows and enhance business functionality Build custom Power Automate workflows and integrate them within SharePoint, as well as across other Microsoft 365 platforms Identify automation opportunities, gathering requirements from cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation workflows, ensuring solutions are efficient, reliable, and compliant with best practices Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes, making adjustments and improvements as needed to align with evolving business goals Create documentation and provide user training as needed to maximize the impact of automation solutions Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps Strong understanding of automation workflows, business process automation, and the SharePoint environment Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions to streamline complex processes Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and experience with Azure Automation tools is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively gather requirements, train users, and work within a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data governance and security protocols in SharePoint and automation Knowledge of Power BI or other Microsoft reporting tools to assist in the visualization and analysis of automated processes Experience in project management or leading automation projects in a collaborative setting
