Shared Services Financial Manager

The purpose of this role will be to provide strategic direction and oversight to debtors and creditors, general accounting, and continuous improvement functions.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Financial Shared Service strategyFinancial Shared Service budgetsFinancial and management reportingBusiness controls and governanceFinancial process ownershipPeople management and developmentExternal and internal audit coordinationEducation Requirements:Qualified CA(SA) requiredJob Requirements and Skills:8 to 10 years' experience in a financial management position essentialManufacturing / Mining or Chemical industry experience essentialExperience managing multi-discipline, cross functional teamsProficient in MS packagesSound knowledge of the regulatory, statutory and compliance frameworksDeadline drivenAbility to work in a high pressure, fast paced environmentTeam playerIf this sounds like you; please do not hesitate to apply!
