Shaft Supervisor (Engineering)

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all Shaft and related standards, regulations, and instructions, relevant Codes of Practice, etc.
and, initiating remedial actions or escalating as requiredOversee and perform required equipment and installation risk assessments, lockout/tagout and related activities in area of accountabilitySchedule, assign and monitor team daily maintenance and routine activities to ensure safe work delivery, delivery to standards and, conduct regular Planned Task Observations (PTOs) to ensure team effectiveness and coaching to improve overall deliverySchedule and conduct Shaft examinations in terms of the Mines Code of PracticePlan, coordinate and oversee the preparation and safe execution of all shaft rigging and slinging tasksPlease Note: If you haven't received a response within two weeks, kindly regard your application for the vacancy as unsuccessful.
