)Have an in-depth understanding of: Product and its quality criteriaProcess (material feeding and drying, injection moulding, reheat stretch blow moulding and injection blow moulding)General knowledge of all equipment, detailed for assigned equipmentMould installationTechnical principles and drawings (e.g.
assemblies and spare part finding, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric) Fault analysis and problem solving: Independently do fault analysis and problem solving in case of (teamwork as needed)Product quality issuesMould issuesMachine malfunction (mechanic / hydraulic / pneumatic / electric)Recognize and report problems to Maintenance Manager & ProductionManager on other than the assigned equipment Maintenance: Independently develop maintenance plans and check lists (teamwork as needed)Ensure maintenance is done at required intervals according to the plans Machine Setting: Optimization of the production process, setting the machine for optimal performance and cycle timeEnsure that the process integrity is optimal for each run, if not amend and record new process settingDocument settings as per standard practice at the facility Management: Liaise with Maintenance Manager & Production Manager (in charge) to ensure machine availability vs. major maintenance intervalsHave an overview what needs to be done and report to Maintenance Manager & Production ManagerGive completion dates and fulfill tasks required by Maintenance Manager & Production ManagerEnsure sound relationships and communication with internal work-related staff (Production, etc.)
