Description: This course provides a broad overview of relevant business topics to provide students with improved business acumen, which is advantageous in the pursuit of any career.
Class schedule: 2-hour seminar-style workshops; occurring Wednesdays or Thursdays (to be determined).
Sessional dates of appointment: October 2024 – December 31, 2024
Salary (0.25FCE): Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.
Minimum qualifications: PhD with equivalent professional and/or academic experience is preferred.
Description of duties: Preparation and delivery of course content, including lectures and/or seminars; creation of courseware; development and administration of assignments, tests and examinations; marking and grading of student work and submission of grades to appropriate University officials; maintenance of reasonable hours of student contact outside of scheduled contact hours.
