This role is for developers, implementers, and business analysts who are eager to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in the telecom industry Key Responsibilities: ServiceNow Development and Implementation: Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM): Implement TSOM use cases, including integration with telecom network management tools.
Develop and optimize workflows for managing telecom operations through ServiceNow.
Ensure seamless operations and service management for telecom clients.
Business Analysis: Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders.
Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment with business needs.
Integration and Automation: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, particularly within the telecom domain.
Automate workflows, processes, and tasks within the ServiceNow platform to improve efficiency.
Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support for ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions for performance optimization.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
Mandatory experience into TSOM, ITOM, API Development, ITSM and CSM required.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration.
Strong knowledge of Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) and relevant telecom industry experience.
Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management.
Proven track record of working with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
