Team player Responsibilities & duties: Complete required service reports and communicate to relevant persons. Communicate/coordinate field service activities with customer and/or local Rubicon associated sales personnel. Installation, service and repair of refrigeration air conditioning, and all associated tasks thereof. Overall understanding of Rittal/Panel Mount Industrial Panel Coolers Good working knowledge of intercoolers and heat exchangers Provide telephonic technical support to customers. Promote Service Contracts through customer interactions and communication. Understand customer requirements and provide most cost-effective solution from Rubicon. Follow-up on Sales leads Grow the customer base for Services. Identify sales opportunities within customers plants. Grow sales and revenue for Services Department (SLAs, once-off services, parts and accessories. Process in-house evaluations and repairs of units returned by customers. Coordinate and work well with Service Partners Other duties as may be requested from time to time Qualification & experience: Matric (Grade 12) Refrigeration qualification preferable Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant field Working knowledge of refrigeration products is required. Experience using electrical meters and troubleshooting. Previous field service experience preferred. Possess a valid driver's license and unrestricted ability to travel by air or ground to customer locations Engineering / Technical jobs
