Service Technician/Key Accounts Manager

Minimum Requirements:Tool, Jig and Die Red Seal.Minimum 3 years experience within the injection moulding industry.Hot runner systems knowledge.Understanding and explaining technical products and services.Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.Duties and Responsibilities:Growing and managing existing relationships with key customers.Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding product and service offerings.Implementing and developing account plans to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.Building strong relationships with decision-makers.Negotiating pricing and contract agreements.Analysing customer data and market trends to inform sales strategies.Mitigating and identifying potential risk issues.Staying updated with industry developments and competition activity.Providing product and technical support to customers.Personality Traits:Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Strong negotiation skills.Analytical and decision-making skills.
