Salary: 500 000 AnnuallyLocation: JohannesburgDescription:Job Description:Perform fault finding and repairsOversee the installation and commissioning of machines at client sitesProvide ongoing maintenance and customer support assistanceRebuild and service equipment, addressing breakdowns and troubleshooting issuesEnsure strict adherence to safety standardsDeliver exceptional customer serviceManage and coordinate Works Orders and Customer Support jobs to ensure timely deliveryOffer technical support to customers, spare part representatives, mechanical & electrical design engineers, and techniciansConduct customer training and assess machine performanceImplement quality control and assurance processesHandle administrative tasks efficientlySkills & Experience:Fully qualified MillwrightMinimum of 3 years experience in machine building and production machine maintenance within a manufacturing environmentPreferred experience in the Liquid Packaging Industry (e.g., fillers, unscramblers, end-of-line equipment, blow moulders, cappers, etc.
)Strong knowledge of electrical and pneumatic fault findingExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyPositive attitude, self-motivated, and dependableProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, and MS OutlookValid Code B Drivers licenseMinimum Requirements:Millwright Trade TestMinimum of 3 years experience in machine building and production machine maintenance within a manufacturing environmentOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.Contact CHANE DIPPENAAR on
