Are you someone who can:
Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.Resolve customer queries received through inbound calls.Answer inbound calls in the Careline Call Centre to provide product and service information to customersYou will be an ideal candidate if you:
Completed NQF5 Qualification, Diploma or Degree in business related studies.Minimum - 1-3 years Call Centre Agent Experience preferably in telecommunicationsIt is inherent to the role that the incumbent is honest in dealing with cash and financial transactions. as such, it is a pre-requisite for the candidate to undergo consumer credit record checks to enable the employer to ascertain whether the candidate's credit record is acceptableYou will have access to:
