Overview We are seeking a Service Owner to lead and manage the centralized oversight of all standards owned or contributed to by the Enhance team. This role is critical in maintaining and evolving existing standards while driving strategic initiatives using a "swarmed" approach with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations and support the strategic objectives of the Enhance team through focused project execution Responsibilities Standards Management: Centralized management of all standards that the Enhance Business Unit owns or contributes to, including ISO9001, SDL, ISO27001, and other regulated market standards.Maintain and update QMS documentation, coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and ensure the accurate documentation of processes.Conduct internal audits, set up and conduct QMS reviews, and coordinate external audits to ensure continued compliance with relevant standards.Drive the adoption and implementation of new standards, within the organization.Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives by leveraging swarmed team capacity, pulling in expertise from existing teams as needed.Oversee strategic projects and programs that require dedicated focusEnsure these initiatives align with broader organizational objectives and contribute to the overall success of the Enhance Business Unit.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with SMEs, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to ensure that standards and strategic initiatives are effectively managed and executed.Mentor, coach, and guide team members to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with organizational values.Adapt to situational, organizational, and market demands to maintain a flexible and responsive approach to service delivery.Job Requirements: Technical and Standards Expertise: Understanding of testing processesExperience with quality management systems (QMS) and auditing practices, particularly within ISO9001, ISO27001, and other relevant standards.Strong familiarity with the process of implementing new ISO standards.Leadership and Project Management: Minimum 2 years of proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.Experience in managing projects or programs within a software or gaming industry context is highly advantageous.Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to set and track KPIs effectively.Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.Ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. Qualifications Educational Background: A degree in Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field is required.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the gaming industry, with knowledge of SDL, ISO27001, and regulated market requirements.Previous experience in setting up Centers of Excellence or managing similar strategic initiatives.
