Our client is a leading name in the motorcycle industry, known for our passion for two-wheelers and commitment to excellence.
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Client is looking for someone who enjoys bike rides goes on toy runs and Biker events.
Minimum Requirements

5 years plus in a service manager role

5 years of experience working on both motorcycles and vehicles

Management of staff

Management of workshop

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to workshop environments.
Financial acumen, with experience managing workshop budgets, cost control, and profit optimization.
Ability to mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the workshop team.
