Service Manager

Our client in the Service Management industry is seeking the services of a dynamic Service Manager

Minimum requirements:
2 years' experience in a Service Management Industry
Minimum qualification of Matric or a Diploma in Operations Manager
Dynamic individual with a strong drive to excel in achieving company performance and customer's satisfaction goals
Must work well under pressure
Valid Driver's Licence
Must be a computer literate
Must possess leadership and motivation qualities
Good IR or HR ability
Skills required:
Excellent people management skills
Excellent administrative skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work independently
Excellent command of English
Excellent client-facing ability
Duties will include:
Full responsibility of services within the Branch
Asset Management
Customer visits and liaison
Vehicle maintenance and servicing check list
Supervision of loading and uploading of stock from cages
Management oversight and involvement in a health and safety procedures in conjunction with health and safety representative
Manage installations, Maintenace tickets and withdrawals
Order & control of stock and warehouse
Stock management and control of contact consumables
Staff management and training
Distribution staff management
Attend meetings as required at customers sites
Management and coordination of client's safety files
Remuneration: R14 500
