Skills and Knowledge required:Excellent administration skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent command of EnglishExcellent client-facing abilityLeadership & motivation qualitiesComputer literateMust have a sense of urgencyStrong people management skillsGood IR / HR abilityGood understanding & knowledge of current industry technology Responsibilities of a service Manager:Full responsibility of services within the BranchAsset ManagementCustomer visits and liaison / problem solvingVehicle maintenance/servicing and check listSupervision of loading and uploading of stock from cagesManagement oversight and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with health & safety representativeAdherence to and achieving stipulated key performance indicators in terms of use of handheld devices; providing services on time and sequencing of services followedManage installations, maintenance tickets and withdrawalsOrder & control of stock and warehouseStock management and control of contract consumablesStaff management & trainingDistribution staff managementAttend meetings as required at customers sitesManagement and coordination of client safety files and safety files at client sites in order to keep them up to date and current.
