What is required: Deliver warm, attentive, and prompt service to create an exceptional guest experience.
Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
This includes training and supervising staff, maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Relevant Hospitality diploma / experience Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience 2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel sector Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant Competencies / Skills Communication: Verbal Communication and Comprehension – Expert English Standard Other languages an advantage Cognition/thinking: Analysis/Reasoning Strong Decision making & judgement skills Personal effectiveness: Self-Management Stress Tolerance Attention to detail Interaction with others: Influencing others - Leadership Teamwork Management qualities : Business Alignment Strategic Vision Team development experience Ready to Join?
