Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager,JohannesburgExcellent command of spoken and written English, proficiency in speaking or writing Chinese (Putonghua) is an advantageResponsibilities:•Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience •Responsible for end-to-end service delivery and project delivery to customers. •Deliver the projects in time and in budget.•Professional project management and regular project delivery update to management.•Work directly with customer teams and executives as required; provide customer stewardship and advocacy; work with sales, solutions partner into the support of identifying new business opportunities •Interface with the customer for operations issues after issues have followed proper escalation procedures and failed to obtain the correct level of support. •Attend regular performance review calls for service, operational or capacity planning-related issues. •Attend stewardship meetings with customers •Maintain awareness of day-to-day change and problem process compliance. •Ensure SLAs are met for per contractual commitment. •Capability to solve the technical issues •Ability to work across virtual Global teams •The position is Johannesburg, South Africa based, with periodical traveling requirement to Southern African countriesRequirements:•Degree or above in Telecommunications or related field •3-5 years' relevant experience in ICT or telecommunication service delivery •ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage•Sound records of project management•Creative mindset and well versed in Carrier or Enterprise sector in Telecom Industry •Proficiency in MS Office?•Excellent command of spoken and written English, proficiency in speaking or writing Chinese (Putonghua) is an advantage
